The Tanzania and the Sukuma

The major cultural groups in Germany in German East Africa are the Tanzania and the Sukuma. The Tanzania group are named after an area in German East Africa called Tanganyika. The Sukuma people live an area called Usukuma. The Sukuma people are known as farmers and cattle herders. Other cultural groups in German East Africa all share a common language which is Kishwahili.
